Returns

If you wish to return a product to us, please click the Download Returns Form button below to download the required form. Complete it and return it with the product to either our UK or US offices at the addresses at the bottom of the page. 

We stand by our products and guarantee them against manufacturing faults. Products arriving damaged or incomplete from us need to be returned within 30 days of purchase and should not show signs of use.  If you wish to return or exchange a product due to compatibility or other issues, please contact formatt-hitech@fktamerica.com for authorisation to return the goods. 

Please note that we can only refund products purchased from us directly. If you purchased elsewhere, please contact your supplier for their returns process.
